If you will plant more trees on your congregation’s property or other public spaces you will find the “For Love of Trees” tree planting ceremony in the Faith Climate Action Week kit. It includes a lovely Native American song, “Beauty is before me”, a poem, and facts about the importance of trees. Invite your local press to attend your event, it’s a great photo op! Use the press invite and press advisory included to make the connection between your tree planting event and the moral call to act on climate.
